The Process

You send us your TiVo (pack it well!). We test it, upgrade it, test it, repack it, and send it back to you. As soon as you pay for the package, we email you full instructions with an identifying number to tell you how and where to ship your package. Turnaround is fast - we'll have it on it's way back to you in one business day - often even the same business day.
