Shipping
We
ship via Fedex Express Two-Day. Fedex
delivers packages to most addresses by 4:30 PM on the
second business day after they are shipped. We cannot
ship to PO Boxes, and our shipping prices apply in the
48 continental states only.
Our
shipping rates are very straightforward: our Fedex Two-Day
costs $15 for any one-drive kit and $20
for any two-drive kit. Return shipping for upgrades where
we install the kit for you is $50 and
applies for any kit.
Warranty
All
of our TiVo upgrades carry two warranties. The tvrevo.com
warranty covers your upgrade for the first 90 days. We will
repair or replace your TiVo upgrade if it has reproducible
problems within 90 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible
for shipping back to tvrevo.com (reasonable shipping fees
will be reimbursed for DOA orders).
Your
drive is also covered by a manufacturer's warranty of at
least one year. Some drives have warranties that last three
years.
Refunds
tvrevo.com
will refund your purchase price in full for 30 days if you
are not satisfied with the product. Shipping charges and
labor charges will not be reimbursed. If you want to return
your product for a refund, you must first obtain an RMA
from tvrevo.com
Payment
To keep
our prices low, we are currently only accepting payment
via PayPal. To prevent fraud, we can only ship to verified
addresses. We are a Verified US Business with PayPal and
have been since March of 2000. Please view our reputation
ranking within PayPal during checkout.
